Nubi Consultants Corp Health Home Care offers certified home health aides (HHA) who assist patients with daily living activities while they are under the care of the home healthcare team.
The HHAs are key members of the home healthcare team and work closely with highly skilled clinicians to ensure a team approach to care.
In-home ADL support includes
- Personal care (bathing, dental care, hair care, toileting)
- Dressing and undressing
- Transferring to and from furniture
- Light meal preparation
- Eating
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with basic activities and daily living needs
- Measuring and recording patient’s temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered and/or directed by the homecare team
